storage dispatch & inventory control
- Storage being done under the required temperatures (Room temperature)
- All finished products being stored with well constructed vertical storage system.
- Layers of finished materials cut into 100-meter rolls and wrapped in high-density polyurethane to prevent from dust.
- Concluded goods being stored under strict categorization to maintain proper inventory, stock balance and for auditing purposes.
- Stock balance, Inventory and Auditing is undertaken on monthly basis.
- Reports being monitored on stock balance and inventory by the stores manager, sales manager and senior accountant every fortnight.
Dispatch Department obtains all the products from the factory and undertakes the following steps.
- Record details of received goods from factory.
- Crosschecks the goods with the Invoices & purchase orders.
- Daily Maintenance of transport schedule and coordination with the transportation department.
